Workforce Development Manager

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking an experienced Workforce Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce plans that map out role and capability needs over time and required resource levels. You will also work with the Talent Team to build talent attraction strategies and own formal and informal talent and succession management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a wide-ranging knowledge of value-creating generalist human resources at senior leader level, ideally within an engineering or high-performance technology organization. Previous experience in culture and engagement, change management, organizational design, and talent & succession planning is also essential.

You will be responsible for partnering with finance teams to ensure a good understanding of local budgets and supporting leaders in making informed decisions. You will also support the annual salary and bonus review process, utilizing relevant data to inform decision-making and spot trends.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing workforce plans to drive business results
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to review organizational design and apply best practice change management discipline
  • Working with the Talent Team to build talent attraction strategies and own formal and informal talent and succession management processes

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's location in the UK.
