We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Kone México team.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, driving sales growth and profitability through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the elevator industry and its trends.
