Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Partnerships team at WWF UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, a comprehensive understanding of the corporate sector, and excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with hybrid working arrangements. You will be required to work in the office 20% of your contracted hours at our UK head office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Seek opportunities for growth and development across areas including advocacy, programmatic investment, communications, employee engagement, and brand marketing objectives
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience of business development in a commercial or charity setting
  • A comprehensive understanding of the corporate sector and building impactful long-term partnerships
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
