We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal development.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all young people in our care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
- Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Valid UK driver's license (company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Flexibility to accommodate a rolling shift pattern.
