About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children\u2019s Service. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional, behavioural, and complex interpersonal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage young children towards a better understanding of their previous behaviour
  • Enable them to improve their interpersonal functioning within the therapeutic home environment and ultimately in the wider community
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (preferred)
  • Level 3 Children\u2019s and Young People or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Driver\u2019s license (company provides a car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Able to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on plus night sleep and 4 days off rolling rota
