Support a Client with a Spinal Cord Injury in Their Own Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Live In Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a client with a spinal cord injury, supporting them with personal care, moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home, providing personal care, moving and handling, and domestic tasks.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's healthcare team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of the client's care and support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • A successful Enhanced DBS check.
