Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf, a leading specialist therapeutic provider. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young children towards a better understanding of their previous behavior, enabling them to improve their interpersonal functioning within the therapeutic home environment and ultimately in the wider community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to our young children, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and social development.
- Work collaboratively with our team of experienced professionals to deliver a comprehensive package of care and support.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our children, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of our children are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable).
- Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided during working hours).
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Able to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on plus night sleep and 4 days off rolling rota.
