We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young children, enabling them to improve their interpersonal functioning and develop a better understanding of their previous behavior.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential childcare environment and hold a Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent. A full manual UK driver's license is also essential. You will be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, and accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on plus night sleep and 4 days off rolling rota.
