Theological Training Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Communications Strategy Development: Design and implement effective communications plans to promote King's School of Theology and enhance its reputation.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee the logistics of teaching weekends and short courses, guaranteeing high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Provide expert administrative assistance to senior leaders, streamlining operations and tracking team progress.
- Admissions Process: Manage the annual admissions process, including student applications and financial arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
- Student Support: Foster a nurturing environment for students, enabling them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Requirements: A proven track record in operations management, combined with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A GCSE pass in Maths and English is also essential. Furthermore, a permit to work in the UK is required.
Working Arrangements: Home-based working with occasional travel to meetings as necessary. Negotiable hours and days, with attendance at KST teaching weekends expected.
Benefits: Salary £25,000-£30,000 pro rata, pension scheme contributions, 25 days holiday pro rata, and bank holidays.
