The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care and services. As a Therapeutic Residential Care Professional, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of our residents, helping them to recover from difficult experiences and develop the skills they need to thrive.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
