Job Title: Youth Care Professional

Hampshire County Council is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to work with children in a brand-new residential home. As a Youth Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to children with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a child-centered approach and the ability to build strong relationships with the children. You will also be a positive role model, supporting their goals and development.
