**About the Position**

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Services Coordinator to join our team at Hampshire County Council. In this role, you will work closely with UASC and refugee young people and children, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include assessing, monitoring and reviewing social care needs, as well as arranging and providing appropriate services/care to meet the needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to identify current and future service requirements and contribute to service development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assessing and managing social care needs of individuals, relatives and carers.
  • Arranging and providing appropriate services/care to meet client needs.
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to develop and deliver effective services.
  • Managing day-to-day case management activities, including meetings and reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in working with children and families.
  • Highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families.
  • Current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Salary:** £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
