**No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.**
Safe Haven is a service for young people aged 10-25 across Southampton, North East Hampshire & Farnham, and Isle of Wight who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and need access to out of hours emotional and practical support. The Youth Worker will work with a small team of youth workers and volunteers to enable access to safe haven services for young people in need of support with their mental health.
The service provides practical and emotional support for children and young people to help de-escalate crisis and equip them with coping skills through a range of therapeutic interventions and may be used as an alternative to admission to statutory services.
Working in both a virtual and physical capacity via appointment and drop-in sessions, up to 10pm at night, online webchat, telephone support and outreach preventative work delivering in educational establishments and community locations.
We are looking for someone who is committed to young people, reliable, thorough, organised, flexible, and able to use their initiative and work within policies and procedures.

**Role Terms**
**Starting salary**: £22,465 (pro rata based on 37 hours FTE), equating to £11.65 per hour
**Hours**: Flexible based on need and availability
**Location**:Southampton, North East Hampshire & Farnham or Isle of Wight
**Essential car user**: Yes
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 0-37 per week
**Salary**: From £11.65 per hour
