This position involves delivering high-quality apprenticeships and diplomas, focusing on adult/elderly care, including dementia and learning disabilities.
About the PositionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Apprenticeship and Diploma learners, providing support to achieve Health and Social Care qualifications.
- Conduct regular visits with learners and their employers, ensuring effective delivery of services.
- Promote learner health and well-being, aligning with company values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in adult/elderly care at a Senior Carer level or above.
- A health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships/diplomas and holding an assessor qualification.
An attractive salary package is offered, estimated between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on level.
