Job Description:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Cinnamon Care, you will be responsible for supervising care assistants, administering medication, and supporting residents with dementia. You will need to have a sound knowledge of care legislation, including CQC Fundamental Standards, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2 years' experience working with older people and those with dementia. You should be physically and medically able to carry out the duties of the role, and be a team player with excellent communication skills. A NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and relevant qualifications in medication administration are also essential.
