Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, empowering individuals to make a positive difference in their lives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Cygnet Devon Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work 42 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, from 07:30am-19:30pm, making a real impact on the lives of our service users.

About the Role:
  • Support management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Evaluate duties and allocate them effectively and safely
  • Deliver enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
