Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Care Specialist to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a Senior Social Care Specialist, you will be responsible for working with vulnerable adults within a hospital setting, developing care plans, and managing complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with vulnerable adults within a hospital setting

* Arranging safe and timely discharges for service users
* Self-directed support / personal budgets
Requirements:
* Post qualifying experience of working within a social care setting
* Enhanced DBS/CRB
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* SWE Registered
* Degree in Social Work
