About the Role: As a Senior Care Home Operations Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home and strive to achieve an industry-leading standard. This role is ideal for a passionate and energetic leader who is dedicated to shaping the future of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines, best practices, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.

What We're Looking For: A candidate with 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager, with expertise in caring for older people in a Residential and Dementia setting. You should have strong budgeting skills, knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation, and be able to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
