Live-In Care Professional
We're seeking dedicated professionals to support our clients across England. Our live-in care opportunities offer a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, enabling them to maintain their independence and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As a Live-In Care Assistant with Cera Care, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care and support to our clients. You'll live with the client for a set period, ensuring they feel comfortable and happy in their own home. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities include meal preparation, light domestic duties, supporting with medication, and elements of personal care. A driving licence is preferred but some non-driving roles are available. You must have the right to work in the UK.
Our live-in care opportunities vary in duration, from 2 weeks on/2 weeks off to up to 3 months in a placement followed by time off. We'll work closely with you to identify the perfect opportunity that suits your location and duration requirements.
We offer a competitive pay rate range, reflective of our tiered structure and the complexity of our clients' care needs. Exact weekly pay will depend on the package you're assigned and may vary when moving to new clients.
Why Choose Cera Care?
You Are Valued: Our carers are at the heart of our vision to empower people to live longer, healthier, better lives at home. Our core values – Commit, Connect, and Create – guide everything we do, and we celebrate our employees' amazing work through our monthly Cera Stars awards programme.
