Personal Assistant Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a public sector body as their Personal Assistant. The organisation is based in Edinburgh and requires a 2-3 days per week in-office presence. As a member of a team of hard-working professionals, you will have the chance to advance your career and diversify your skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Monitor databases and systems
- Co-ordinate meetings and take minutes
- Manage diaries
- Provide support to the wider executive team
- Carry out secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Full Right To Work in the UK
- Prior experience as a PA
- Minute taking experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Finance background (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
