Patient Experience Manager

NHS National Services Scotland is committed to delivering high-quality care for patients, and as such, we are seeking a Patient Experience Manager to join our team.

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting colleagues across the organisation to capture and understand patient experiences, as well as supporting SAS-wide patient experience improvement programmes.

The successful candidate will lead on the analysis and interpretation of patient experience data from various sources, identifying trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement. They will also provide leadership on expected standards of complaints handling and be responsible for the organisation's complaints process.

As a key member of the team, the Patient Experience Manager will work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs and Engagement to plan and prioritise workloads, ensuring the effective management of the team. The team is based at NHQ in Edinburgh, but the role will involve working in a hybrid capacity, with the majority of work undertaken remotely.
