We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who shows initiative with a natural care for our customers and to administer all aspects of Sales Order processing, including; preparation of quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.

You will be joining one of world’s leading equipment manufacturers of Water, Oil and Gas products and be a key part of a group that truly recognise that people are the Group’s most important asset. **SO WHAT WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY ROLE BE?**
- Communicating with customers to clarify requirements
- Assist customer queries and process sales orders
- Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Advising pricing, quotations, lead times and delivery dates
- Liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure quotations meet our customer’s requirements
- Ensure the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise
- Sales order processing and the raising of purchase orders
- Manage the customer data base ensuring it is up to date and accurate
