About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, payroll records, and benefits information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
