Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the HR team with employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a construction or property development company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, including iTrent.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid holiday, and the opportunity to work with a reputable and established company in the North West.
