About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a construction or property development company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, including iTrent.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
