Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and in-life changes
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, reporting, and communication
  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
