About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including arranging onboarding documentation, updating and maintaining the HR database, and processing contractor hours for payroll.
  • Support with right to work checks, processing P45's for leavers, and updating company policies.
  • Assist with the posting of job adverts, processing maternity and paternity requests, and updating company policies.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, or Vetting administration.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with iTrent or similar HR systems would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
