Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day HR administration and recruitment needs for our organization, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, conducting right to work and background checks, and placing job adverts on job boards and with agency partners.
- Assist with the smooth induction of new starters, including the completion of new starter forms and communicating details of new starters to colleagues.
- Manage monthly payroll reporting, ensuring the submission is accurate and on time.
- Set up and administer employee benefits, including carrying out maternity interviews and maintaining contact with colleagues while off on maternity leave.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner, including preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings and events.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a HR, payroll or recruitment admin role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize own workload.
- Confident user of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Confident user of HR system, ideally Cezanne.
- Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
