At Fugro, we're seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join our Marine Environmental team. As a pivotal part of the team, you'll primarily be responsible for writing tenders for Marine Environmental projects worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing client-provided Invitations to Tender (ITT), preparing and writing proposals using your technical and commercial knowledge, planning surveys and identifying areas of innovation, preparing schedules, calculating prices, and identifying project risks.

This role requires someone with commercial tendering experience and awareness of the marine survey industry or a technical marine survey/marine biology background and an enthusiasm for entering a high-paced client-focused environment.

We offer competitive salary (£55,000 - £65,000 per annum) accompanied by an attractive package including contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and private medical insurance, as well as 24 days annual leave, flexible working hours, cycle to work scheme, free parking, and discounts portal.

The successful candidate will possess BSc in Marine Science or Environmental Science or relevant equivalent commercial, management, or sales experience. They should be a skilled problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a methodical approach, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
