About the Role

Greenbridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant/Advisor with a strong background in ECoW work, for a Senior or Principal role in Edinburgh.

About the Job

You will be part of a renowned environmental consultancy providing support for construction projects throughout Scotland. Your responsibilities will include assessing, managing, and monitoring ecological and environmental constraints such as nesting birds, confirmed bat roosts, breeding badger setts, waste management, COSHH management, and water environment.

You will deliver concise environmental advice to clients to manage environmental compliance during construction and build strong working relationships with on-site personnel to drive environmental standards.

This position involves a mix of site-based, office-based, and home-working with excellent hybrid and flexible work policies.

Requirements

We are looking for an excellent problem solver with a passion for the environment, committed to high-quality science, and advancing environmental excellence.

A minimum of 2 years of ECoW experience, preferably both ecological and environmental, is required. Experience in linear construction projects, solid project and budget management skills, and a driver's license are essential.
