Role DescriptionWe're expanding our EIA capability due to increased project demands and seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic environmental planning and consenting practitioner. The appointed consultant will have knowledge, skills, and experience with a consulting firm or similar organization, with cross-cutting expertise in EIA, HRA, and other related work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) - leading all aspects of EIA at all stages of the project, including SEA, feasibility, screening/scoping, reporting:
- Providing technical input into fee quotes and tenders;
- Supporting business development;
- Contributing to the company's technical practice development;
- Writing supporting documents for planning applications and other environmental consents;
- Providing general environmental support on a wide range of projects, including renewable energy projects and other infrastructure projects;
- Managing direct reports;
- Liaising with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and the public as required.
