AECOM's Net Zero Environmental Advisor role presents an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to the development of innovative environmental solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expertise in managing environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments/Environmental Statements, and supporting documents.

This position requires a strong background in environmental consultancy, with a focus on infrastructure projects. You'll need to possess excellent project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management, as well as the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced in compliance with our quality management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant environmental discipline, preferably with a Masters degree, and an appropriate professional membership (Chartered Environmentalists preferred). An estimated salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, offers a competitive compensation package for this challenging role.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from energy generation and distribution to carbon capture and storage, and strategic national and regional rail projects. Collaborating with integrated design teams, you'll identify environmental constraints, impact avoidance, and mitigation solutions, as well as opportunities to deliver benefits.
