Fugro-Geoteam AS is a leading Geo-data specialist seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join their Marine Site Characterisation business line.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for writing tenders for Marine Environmental projects worldwide while maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

The Marine Environmental team specialises in environmental site characterisation, impact assessment, and ecological monitoring. Our data enables clients and regulatory organisations to understand the effects of developments and activities in the coastal and marine environment.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing client-provided Invitations to Tender (ITT), preparing and writing proposals, planning surveys, identifying areas of innovation, preparing schedules, calculating price, and identifying project risks.

This role requires commercial tendering experience and awareness of the marine survey industry or a technical marine survey/marine biology background with an enthusiasm for entering a high-paced client-focused environment.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a BSc in Marine Science or Environmental Science or relevant equivalent commercial, management, or sales experience. Strong numeracy skills and good Microsoft Office capabilities are also essential.
