Administrative Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Bookings: Establish patient information, confirm appointments, and manage bookings process according to guidance and policy.
- Reception: Greet patients' relatives and visitors, issue wristbands, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Notes: Request case notes, accurately trace documents, and send notes to coding in a timely manner.
- General: Answer telephones, maintain case notes, and assist new staff members with working arrangements and policies.
The role requires the ability to work weekends and evenings as part of the team to deliver high-quality services to patients and their families.

- Competent in using the iPM computer system
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
