Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to the nursing staff in our Planned Investigation Unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient in using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bookings: Establish patient information, confirm appointments, and manage bookings process according to guidance and policy.
  2. Reception: Greet patients' relatives and visitors, issue wristbands, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  3. Notes: Request case notes, accurately trace documents, and send notes to coding in a timely manner.
  4. General: Answer telephones, maintain case notes, and assist new staff members with working arrangements and policies.

The role requires the ability to work weekends and evenings as part of the team to deliver high-quality services to patients and their families.
