We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Support Coordinator to join our Executive Support Team at Plymouth University's Faculty of Health. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Team within the Faculty.

You will work closely with the PA to the Head of School of Biomedical Sciences to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary package of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous pension and holiday scheme. This full-time position is based on the main campus and offers flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including arranging meetings and producing agendas and minutes
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
