At TQR Consultancy Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Production Team Coordinator to lead our night shift operations. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a 48% shift premium.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with a specific production line, ensuring that we meet our manufacturing objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Operational Team Leader to achieve the planned manufacturing volume targets
  • Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor and control manufacturing waste levels on the line
  • Ensure all associates comply with Health and Safety, Environmental, and GMP standards
  • Provide training and support to associates to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Motivate and encourage associates to promote a 'Team' approach
  • Ensure effective hand-over between shifts and communicate performance data through the shift start-up board
Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need recent experience working as a Line Leader or Senior Operator in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.
