Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jones Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our partners and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the partners and staff, including general file administration and office duties.
- To deal with clients by telephone and in person as required, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- To assist new staff in learning office procedures and policies.
- To prepare letters, forms, and other documents as required, maintaining and updating precedents.
- To communicate effectively with other members of staff and cover for temporary absences when necessary.
- To perform specific administrative duties as required by the partners, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Experience of audio typing and word processing.
- Ability to deal with the public and manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
