Job Title: Administration Specialist

In this rewarding role as an Administration Specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. As part of our Business Support team, you will provide support across various departments, developing valuable skills in customer service, diary management, document control, and event coordination.

What You'll Do:
  • Support our teams with administrative tasks
  • Develop your skills in customer service, diary management, and document control
  • Contribute to team projects to build your communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities

Your Education/Training: You will study to obtain the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be ready to take on roles such as Personal Assistant, Document Controller, or Project Administrator.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Strong communication abilities and excellent organisational skills
