Administrative Support Specialist

- Undisclosed company, a leading player in the house-building industry, seeks an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
- Effectively handle incoming calls and emails, acting as the primary point of contact for the MD.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documents, reports, and presentations to meet high standards of quality and completeness.
- Maintain precise records and data entry to support efficient office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed to ensure seamless team collaboration.
- Contribute to general office tasks, promoting a well-organised and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, while being an effective team player.
- A proactive approach, with strong problem-solving and task management skills.
