  1. Undisclosed company, a leading player in the house-building industry, seeks an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
  2. Effectively handle incoming calls and emails, acting as the primary point of contact for the MD.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate documents, reports, and presentations to meet high standards of quality and completeness.
  4. Maintain precise records and data entry to support efficient office operations.
  5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed to ensure seamless team collaboration.
  6. Contribute to general office tasks, promoting a well-organised and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data entry and documentation.
  4. Ability to work independently, while being an effective team player.
  5. A proactive approach, with strong problem-solving and task management skills.
