The Business Support Specialist role will be part of the 0-25 Statutory Assessment Team, providing essential support to the team in Plymouth.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a temporary contract position, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  2. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  3. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation, as required.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns from stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
