About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Devon and Cornwall. As a Stalking Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals affected by stalking and other forms of crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver safety and support plans for victims of stalking and other crimes
  • Work closely with volunteer supporters to provide a seamless service to clients
  • Liaise with local providers to share information and resources
  • Contribute to the development of Victim Support's services around stalking
Requirements
  • Understanding of the impact of crime on victims
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of delivering services in a statutory or voluntary setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Personal resilience to manage exposure to sensitive and emotional demands
