Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all relevant administrative tasks required to support the operational activity of The Barcode.

This includes Compliance, Finance, Health & Safety, Customer Service, Car Park Operations and Occupier Engagement.

You will administer the computerised accounts system, ensuring the processing of all purchase orders and invoices for the barcode is timely and accurate.

You will also collate relevant car park occupancy/system events and financial data (including third party income streams).

Additionally, you will ensure professional and positive relationships with all external companies via both telephone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of computerised accounts system.
  • Collation of car park occupancy/system events and financial data.
  • Maintenance of professional relationships with external companies.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Able to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

Estimated Salary: £24,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
