Sales Negotiator

We are partnering with a leading new homes housebuilder to recruit a Sales Negotiator to work on site in the sales office in Southampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling 2-5 bed new homes five days a week, including weekends.
Experience in new homes sales is essential, either directly for a housebuilder or residential developer.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team, and possess a positive attitude.
