Job Title: Child Welfare Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Child Welfare Specialist to join our team in East Staffordshire. As a key member of our Children and Families department, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a complex allocation of children's cases, providing effective support and guidance to families.
- Work closely with the team manager to promote a restorative approach to working with children and families.
- Mentor Social Work colleagues through assistance with complex cases, including Care Proceedings work.
- A qualified Social Worker with post-qualifying experience.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- A current UK driving licence and vehicle.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
