Job Summary:
CRH is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to provide transactional administration support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role will play a key part in ensuring we have brilliant basics in place from an HR Administration perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions, and ad-hoc payments.
- Amendments to contractual and personal details, transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies, systems, processes, and any service level agreements.
- Maintenance of employee master data and associated records.
- Support for the recruitment process administration, working with local management teams.
- Suggestion of improvements to HR processes to ensure brilliant basics are in place.
- Support in HR KPI data and reporting.
- Effective support for HR Advisors, HR Manager, and Head of HR.
- Participation in project teams as required.
Requirements:
- Strong HR Administration experience.
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes and practices.
- Experience of working in the manufacturing/engineering sector is not essential but would be advantageous.
- Experience in SAP HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal drive and a desire to succeed and improve.
- Attention to detail and strong data analysis skills, ability to produce reports and manipulate data.
