We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide transactional administration support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role will play a key part in ensuring we have brilliant basics in place from an HR Administration perspective.

Key responsibilities:
  • Effective employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • Amendments to contractual and personal details, transacted on time and correctly in line with HR policies and systems.
  • Maintenance of employee master data and associated records.
  • Support for the recruitment process administration, working with local management teams.
  • Support in HR KPI data and reporting.
  • Collaboration with project teams as required.
  • Focusing on digitally enabled HR administration to ensure we are fit for the future.
  • Experience in SAP HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills, with the ability to produce reports and manipulate data.
