Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Leonardo Hotels. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our cluster and assist the Cluster HR Manager in delivering our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of new starter inductions and use our Learning Management System to carry out reporting and ensure all admin is completed.
  • Resolve payroll queries, ensure all working time is recorded, and advise line managers on any changes to payroll processes.
  • Monitor absence levels, maintain accurate records of probation reviews, and support with note taking during formal meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality in HR.
