Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide efficient administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our office day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the company Directors with administrative duties
  2. Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management
  3. Oversee IT, including handling server and printer issues
  4. Support the finance team with data inputting using finance systems
  5. Procure office supplies and approve orders
  6. Oversee health and safety and fire safety within the office
  7. Manage general office maintenance, including cleaning and repairs
  8. Review and renew supplier contracts
  9. Maintain HR records, including personnel records and annual leave requests
  10. Support Managers with the onboarding of new staff

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience working in a senior administrative or office management role
  2. Experience using finance systems, including Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero
  3. Confident using IT, including MS Office
  4. Exceptional organisational skills
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  7. Sensitivity to handling confidential information
