Pension Administration Specialist

IDEX Consulting, a renowned chartered financial planning business based in Chester, seeks an accomplished Paraplanner to join their team. This is a chance to work closely with experienced financial advisers and make a significant impact on clients' financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with Advisers to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that meet clients' needs
- Providing technical support to Advisers to ensure seamless operations
- Performing complex calculations, including income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, Pension Annual Allowance, Carry Forward, Chargeable Gains, and Cashflow Modelling
- Preparing thorough Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentation
- Maintaining regular communication with product providers, account managers, and clients
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and personal development needs by expanding knowledge and understanding of financial products and markets
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser practice
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Effective communication skills
- A proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prioritization and deadline management skills
- A level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
With a salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience, this is an ideal opportunity to take your career in financial planning to the next level.
