Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Organize and file documents both physically and digitally.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Perform general office support tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
This is a temporary full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day between 07:30 and 17:30. The hourly rate for this position is £12.00.
